Kopi Luwakis made from coffee berries which have been eaten by and passed through the digestive tract of a type of mongoose named Luwak.
This cat is famous of his ability to find and eat only the best berries that are suitable for this exclusive Luwak Coffee. The Luwak cat only eats the berries and their simple digestion system will not destroy the beans. The fermentation system in their stomach brakes the protein of the coffee bean and lowering down the caffeine and acidity level whilst adding unique flavor into each beans. 

Thebeans will be entirely excreted, without any depravation.Due to the simple digestive system of the Luwak, beans that are still wrapped in the hard skin are not destroyed during consumption and instead are released intact with the Luwaks feces

All beans are **0% original finest Kopi Luwak Arabica from Gayo highlands in Aceh, Sumatera Island.
Each bean is individually cleaned, hand selected, sun dried and roasted at our warehouse in Jakarta to ensure a premium taste experience.
The beans are hand peeled and select manually. They arecarefully roasted to reach the signature taste of Kopi Luwak Nusantara.
